We are excited to announce our first-ever DC Sake organized event, “DC Sake co Table Talk – Sake Conversations with Chefs”!    Chef Nobu Yamazaki of SUSHI TARO and Chef Pepe Moncayo of CRANES DC will be joining us for a conversation on pairing Sake with fine dining!

During the event we will be celebrating “World Sake Day” (link), one of the most important days on the Japanese calendar.  Under normal circumstance, we would have loved to gather together in-person at one of the chef’s restaurants for this occasion.  But since that is challenging to do that right now, we are taking this event online!  We look forward to connecting with DC’s sake loving community.
