Every even-numbered month (February, April, June, August, October, and December), you'll receive a curated sake experience featuring bottles handpicked by sake makers, sommeliers, chefs, industry experts, and wonderful friends of DC Sake cō from Washington, DC and across the country.
Each selection carries a favorite memory, a special moment, or a story close to their heart. At the core of this subscription is not only exceptional sake, but also the personal stories behind every bottle.
You'll also discover how each curator enjoys these sakes—from their favorite serving styles to the occasions they love sharing them. We hope every delivery feels like more than simply discovering new sake. We hope it feels like meeting new friends along the way.
Important Things to Know About Your cō-Sip Sake Subscription
Delivery Schedule: You’ll receive your cō-Sip subscription every even-numbered month — February, April, June, August, October, and December.
Shipping Timing: Regular subscription deliveries are scheduled for the fourth Thursday of each even-numbered month.
Subscription Value: Each subscription features bottles chosen by our featured curator, with the number of bottles varying based on their selections. Each subscription has an average retail value of $180+.
New Subscriber Enrollment: Sign up during an odd-numbered month to receive the upcoming month’s cō-Sip selection, or during an even-numbered month to receive that month’s selection. Please allow a few days for new subscriptions to be processed. If your subscription cannot be included with that month’s scheduled delivery, your cō-Sip will be delivered the following month.
Renewing Subscribers: After your first delivery, your subscription will continue on the regular schedule, with your next cō-Sip selection arriving in the following even-numbered month.
