Takatenjin "Soul of the Sensei"

This sake has grainy rice aromas with bit of sweet organic scent.  Creamy and rich but tight and structured. The finish is dry with little bit of spiciness. This sake has a rare combination of concentrated fruit aromatics and dry mouthfeel in a Junmai Daiginjo.
