Founded in 1872 by the Kono family in Tochigi Prefecture, Sohomare Sake produces all hand-made sake in the Kimoto method and distinguishes itself through their art of blending. Their sake is “perfected in two stages” - after brewing sake with the highest quality sake rice, Grace A Yamada Nishiki from Hyogo Prefecture, each batch is tasted and expertly blended to achieve a perfect harmony. This level of expertise can be accomplished only through generations of experience and intuition. This Junmai Daiginjo is “Tuxedo” has a silky texture with delicate notes of ripe fruit and florality.
