The brewery maintains a modest annual production yield to ensure meticulous attention to quality over quantity, and prioritizes environmental sustainability through eco-friendly rice cultivation and an active bottle recycling program. For Soccer Cat Junmai Ginjo, local Homare Fuji rice is used; and the design commemorates the 100th anniversary of Fujieda City being named “soccer town.” The soccer ball is held by a cat, whom the brewery honors as cats guard brewing rice from rats, a very important task!
