Scarlet Aperitivo, inspired by 1970s Italian bitters, is handcrafted in Japan with 25 botanicals, many organically grown in Kanagawa. Naturally colored with cochineal, it’s bittersweet, rounded, and gently spiced — perfect with espresso or soda before or after meals.
