Masumi Sparkling Origarami

A creamy, savoury sparkling sake, Masumi Origarami is fermented in the bottle and sold “on-the-lees” – unfiltered. The result is notes of vanilla cream, savoury herbs and hints of rich mushrooms throughout the palate, that work well with food or on its own as an aperitif.
