Kanenaka White Kimoto Junmai

Founded in 1823 in Yamaguchi Prefecture, Nakajimaya Sake Brewery has been crafting sake for two centuries. Guided by their motto, “The heart is in the sake,” they combine skilled traditional handcrafting with a deep understanding of chemical processes. Kanenaka Kimoto Junmai is a robust sake offering rich umami and a rounded acidity. In 2020, it became the first sake from Yamaguchi to win a trophy in the Junmai category. Excellent when served at room temperature or gently warmed, it pairs wonderfully with savory meat dishes and complex simmered fare.
