Part of Suntory's Kanáde craft liqueur collection, White Peach captures the delicate, aromatic sweetness of ripe Japanese white peaches (momo) with remarkable precision. Rather than relying on artificial extracts, the fruit is preserved whole in a combination of peach juice and alcohol, yielding an intensely natural character that sets it apart from synthetic-flavored competitors. Light, elegant, and softly textured, it opens with rich peach and floral aromatics, moves into a full-bodied, juicy palate layered with ripe peach, a touch of vanilla, and honeyed fruit, and finishes clean with a gentle, compote-like sweetness. Produced at the Yamazaki distillery in Osaka using exclusively Japanese-grown white peaches, this expression earned a Silver medal at the International Wine & Spirit Competition, part of the recognition that named Suntory's Osaka Spirits & Liqueurs Craft Distillery IWSC Liqueur Producer of the Year for 2025.

ABOUT THE NAME
Kanáde (奏) translates roughly to "to play music," reflecting the collection's philosophy of harmonizing flavors — where each ingredient contributes to a balanced, expressive whole. The bottle's label features the traditional Japanese shippō pattern of overlapping circles, historically tied to the seven treasures of Buddhism and to cloisonné metalwork, rendered on washi paper.
