Hanami Sake 101

Join us on Thursday, March 26, for “Hanami Sake 101” at The Roost! As spring blooms, let’s gather to explore the art of Sake and Hanami, the Japanese tradition of celebrating the season with Sake under cherry blossoms. 

In this fun, beginner-friendly session, we’ll introduce you to sake basics—think of it as your “Sake 101” crash course. You’ll learn the essentials of sake while discovering how Hanami brings people together—laughter, relaxation, and the beauty of the season. And guiding us on this journey will be our special guest, Louie Anne Batac-Nguyen from Capital Sake—a fellow sake enthusiast and dear friend. With her passion and expertise, she’ll walk us through the basics while keeping it fun and engaging. 

Whether you’re a sake newbie or just curious, this is your perfect warm-up before our Spring Sake Festival in April. Let’s sip, learn, and welcome spring—Kanpai!
