Hakutsuru "Junmai Ginjo"

Hakutsuru has been brewed with meticulous care and traditional methods. This flowery fragrant Sake with silky, well-balance, a gentle and yet elegant sake that is incredibly drinkable and amiable to everybody. The nose on the brew is a whispered collection of cantaloupe, white grape, sweet rice, and spring water elements but the body is oddly more astringent than the Tanrei bottling. Enjoyable at first, it ultimately gets a bit hoary on the finish.
