Hakkaisan Yukimuro

This beautiful Junmai Daiginjo is aged for a minimum of 3 years in Hakkai Brewery’s snow-storage room, called the Yukimuro. The flavor is initially subdued, before it unfolds the rich and solid sake. The palate has an impressive texture that combines ripe melon fruit with a touch of vanilla-toned rice grain. It finishes quite dry and crisp.
