Dewazakura Oka Cherry Bouquet

This little beauty from Yamagata Prefecture shows admirably how floral and enticing top-class Sake can be. The nose is the beautiful blend of flower blossoms rather than fruity, though there is a touch of pear, peach, melon and spring water. It has dry start that is accompanied by a soft and creamy middle mouth filled with dried fruit overtones and a subtle melon finish.
