Description

Produced by Tatsummaa-Honke Brewing Company, Ltd. in the Kinki region of Hyogo prefecture. Their core brand “Hakushika” translates to “white deer” after an old Chinese legend that tells of a white deer wandering in the garden of a Tang Dynasty emperor. The emperor recognizes the deer as an auspicious symbol. Hakushika represents good taste, quality, and a sense of tradition, and is brewed in the Nishinomiya district which is famous for its soft Miyamizu water.
