Description

Miho Imada is one of just a handful of women sake brewers in Japan and helms the Fukucho brand made by Imada Shuzo in Hiroshima prefecture. All of the sake are inspired by the region’s treasures of rice, good sake brewing water, and seafood, especially oysters. Sake from Imada Shuzo is very representative of Hiroshima style: soft, clean and smooth with a lively fragrance.
