This refreshing soft sake is the kind of sake that makes you think of “Spring” and “Cherry Blossoms”. It is a limited sake that only becomes available in the Spring. The rice they use, “Senshuraku” was rivived just from the small batch of seeds that was left. The spring-like pink label is Echigo Kadode Washi. Enjoy this sake cold or at room temperature, even as lukewarm!
