Description

Tedorigawa sake is crafted by Yoshida Brewery in Ishikawa prefecture. For this sake, the brewery uses Yamadanishiki rice milled to 40% using Noto Toji Guild methods to produce a complex, balanced sake with a clear finish. “Iki na Onna” is brewed in small amounts for the Association of Lady Sake Retailers.
