Description

Saiya Brewery was founded in 1902, and has seen exponential growth attributed to its team and their innovations. The 5th generation president (Kotari Saito) and toji (Toichi Takahashi) have seen their efforts lead to positive branding and national awards. Yuki No Basha serves as their flagship sake, and has repeatedly won awards in competitions focused on warm sake.
