Description

The Yoshinogawa Brewery was established in 1548, making it the oldest sake brewery in Niigata prefecture. Its brewing sources include the Yoshino River, snowfall, an underground spring known as “Tenka-Kanrosen,” and low temperatures that are conducive to building their sake portfolios. Although their methods are deeply rooted in tradition, they have learned to evolve with the times, embracing their origin stories and skill sets.
