Yokka Koji is a remarkable Awamori crafted at Chuko Distillery, nestled on Naha Island in Okinawa, Japan. With a proud tradition dating back to 1949, Chuko distinguishes itself by extending the crucial koji propagation process, resulting in a symphony of intricate flavors and captivating aromas. Following a meticulous 22-day fermentation with all-rice koji, a single pot distillation, and six months of tank aging, Yokka Koji is elegantly bottled at 43% ABV, emanating a lavish bouquet.
