Yamamoto Brewery, which is located in the Akita prefecture of Tohoku region, has a philosophy: they believe that our work is the means for enriching our lives and sake makes our stories colorful. They work to make sake that could “strengthen you both at your sad time and at your hard time,” and pour their enthusiasm for life into their sake brewing.
