Description

Tentaka Brewery is nestled in a small town in Tochigi prefecture, surrounded by mountains, rice fields, and three flowing rivers. The founder named the brewery after dreaming about a hawk, which is a symbol of good fortune in Japan. The current president is passionate about delivering “delicious, safe, and enjoyable sake” that is considerate of their environment, their staff, and their local townspeople for generations to come. Tentaka is only one of two breweries that have received triple certification as an organic brewery by Japan, the United States, and European Union.
