Tenshi no Yuuwaku Shochu is an exceptional Imo Shochu, cherished for its unique aging process in Sherry Barrels, crafted from premium sweet potatoes and white koji. This exquisite spirit boasts a velvety, thick texture and exudes a refined, sophisticated aroma. With nuances reminiscent of brandy and sherry, it retains the opulence of a sweet potato genshu. Its name, “Tenshi no Yuuwaku” or “Angel’s Temptation,” pays homage to the legendary “Angel’s Share,” the portion lost to evaporation during aging.
