Description

Akebono Shuzo was established in 1904, and is located in the Aizu basin. About 80% of their locally-grown while their water “tatsumi,” an underground, high-quality water that also serves that their drinking water. The brewery is proud of utilizing Fukushima’s resources to create their crystal-clear sake.
