”The Sword” is considered the middle son of the three Suehiro Daiginjo Sake family series. The nose is filled with rich, juicy white peach and melon aroma. Literally, the sword’s sharp edge, dignified mouthfeel and refreshing aroma are impressive. It’s sharp and crisp flavor is recommended to be enjoyed cold (5-10℃/41-50°F) or at room temperature (10-25℃/50-77F). Toji (chief brewer) says “second son is inconspicuous, sandwiched between his older and younger brothers, but I’d love for him to drink!”.
