Description

Shirakabegura is part of the Takara group, and is based in the famous Nada-gogo region of Hyogo prefecture. The brewery building is six stories and spread over 6,000 square meters, with modern facilities and corporate brewing tools that are considered some of the best in the industry. It is particularly famous for its Mio sparkling sake, the best selling sparkling in the world.
