Description

Founded in 1912, Shiokawa Brewery in Niigata is truly a family business. Only three employees make up the brewery staff: The master brewer and president Kazuhiro Shiokawa, his wife, and his cousin. Shiokawa’s approach to sake is both artistic and scientific, and his constant experimentation results in better sake year after year.
