Description

The Miyao Brewing Company was established in 1819 in Murakami City. In 1965, in addition to serving as a merchant wholesaler, it was one of the first to begin brewing junmai sake. In addition to quality Gohyakumangoku and Takamine Nishiki rice, their location near the Asahi mountain range provides access to quality water from snowfall and the Miomotegawa River, which is renowned for salmon migration.
