Organic Yuzu fruit from Shibata’s local farm are used for this refreshing sake. Because they squeeze the yuzu with the skin left on, this sake is not heavily sweet at all, but rather have elegant tartness. The sake has a junmai sake base, using Ginpu rice from Hokkaido, which is clear and has a nice aroma. This amazing combination is what makes this sake very special. Enjoy this chilled!
