This is a seasonally released unpasteurized sake. Rihaku, Origin of Purity, is made with omachi rice and rose vine yeast. Nama fans will love this robust, powerful expression. The complexity of flower yeast, omachi rice, and genshu (undiluted sake) result in layers of sweet peach, toasted cereal, milk, and candied nuts on a pleasantly viscous palate.
