The first brewers of Yamaguchi Shuzojyou took great delight in watching the nightingales play and drink water in their gardens, and generations later that beloved symbol graces the labels of their brewery’s sake. The brewery is well-positioned geographically: With an abundance of pure water from the Chikugogawa River and the region’s production of the most highly-sought sakamai, Yamada Nishiki, the brewery shares its natural blessings through its elegant sake.
