Mizubasho Ginjo is brewed in the Kawaba Village of Gunma Prefecture, not too far from Tokyo but a world away. Best served chilled, this ginjo has a medium body and fruity notes (think pear, melon, and kiwi), and will especially appeal to Chardonnay drinkers. It pairs wonderfully with meat and seafood dishes. Try it with oysters or any shellfish; you won’t be disappointed!
