Description

The brewery is known as “Mitsutake Sake School” since many brewers learn their techniques and become master brewers to work at other breweries. The rice they use comes exclusively from selected farmers in Saga prefecture. The main varieties used are Reiho and Yamadanishiki. They use water directly sourced from the Tara mountains and check it carefully before it is used. Blue like the ocean, this Saga Sake bottle by Mitsutake brewery emphasizes water. If you look at the label design there is also an octopus that reflects the feeling of water and seafood. Enjoy this sake with your favorite seafood dishes such as carpaccio, seaweed salad, sashimi, sushi or simply grilled or fried fish.
