Description

Mantensei is produced by Suwa Brewery in Tottori (the prefecture known for sand dunes!). They achieve a rare balance of sake that is highly drinkable with a rich umami and savory notes. The toji’s motto, “Sake brewing without heaven,” reflects the brewery’s philosophy that there is no finish line, but one must endeavor and work hard everyday to achieve good sake.
