Description

Suwa Shuzo was founded in 1859. They are located in one of the least populated regions of Japan, and instead, have nature’s gifts for company. Suwa is one of 23 breweries remaining in Tottori. The brewery offers gentle and dry sake to be enjoyed with its self-owned establishment, Kajiya, which provides tastings, pairings, and crafts.
