They believe that their sake is “grown in nature,” should be “brewed with excellence,” and “evolving with the times.” It is located in Niigata prefecture, which is often referred to as “the land of rice” due to its ideal climate conditions. The quality of their sake is attribute to their rice, water, and staff. The brand “Kubota” is a successful attempt to keep up with the chances of the culinary world.
