Description
The Ishimoto Sake Brewery Co. was established in 1907. The brewery depends on its locally-grown rice, mountains that provide soft water, and cold and clean air. The staff does not “aim only for what might be popular or sell well at any given time,” but rather, they “strive to create something to which people feel an affinity, something that relates to their everyday lives.” Its product line, “Koshi no Kanbai,” has become a famous embodiment of Japanese history.
