Description

“Kikusui” combines the words “chrysanthemum” and “water,” inspired by traditional Japanese art that focuses on longevity. This name also applies to their main variety, which is a “descendant” of Omachi rice. Since its founding in 1881, the Kikusui Brewing Company has demonstrated endurance through changes in employment structure, technology, and sustainability practices.
