Since it was founded more than 300 years ago, the single thread that continues in the legacy of the Kikumasamune Brewing Company is its “resolute and unwavering pursuit of dryness.” They strive to make sake with a clean, dry profile to complement both traditional Japanese cuisine and other types of cuisine, and are one of the few sake breweries that still produces taru sake. The brewery is deeply involved in community-building initiatives and has founded local schools, seminars and training programs.
