Joto Umeshu is expertly crafted by Fuji Brewery in Shimane, Japan, using traditional, high-quality methods. Hand-harvested local ume plums are carefully selected, soaked, and matured in sake. After months of maceration, this plum-sake concentrate is blended with sake to achieve a perfectly balanced flavor.
