Description

The JOTO One Cup is produced by the Marumoto Brewery (est. 1867) in Okayama Prefecture. In the early 1990s, the owner felt that the brewery should have full control over the sake production process and began to grow and cultivate their own sake rice. To date, they are still one of the few 100% domaine sake producers. Brewmaster and President Marumoto also pioneered the first bottle-fermented sparkling sake!
