The brand “Izumo Fuji” is a tribute to the oldest and most important Japanese shrine – Izumo Taisha (8th century). People pray at this shrine every October, which is recognized as the Month of the Gods. The Imaoka family leads the sake-brewing through traditional methods, completing the entire process by hand in the absence of modern machinery.
