Homare Sake Brewery received the title “Champion Sake” at IWC (International Wine Challenge) in 2015. This is Nigori sake-based liqueur. The palate is gentle, with a strawberry-like sourness and moderate sweetness. Despite its rich, sweet texture, it has a very light aftertaste.The strawberry flavor is all natural, containing no flavoring agents or acidifiers.The full flavor of strawberry makes you smile. It can be served with strawberries, sorbet, ice cream, or in many other ways. Whether on the rocks or as a cocktail base, it has a solid base that will never lose its flavor. It is delicious on the rocks or mixed 1:1 with milk. In the winter times, mixed warmed milk warms your body and mind.
