Tatenokawa Brewery, based in Yamagata Prefecture, has been pushing the boundaries of quality for over 180 years. Specializing in Daiginjo sake, the brewery expertly combined three varieties of sake rice to achieve the ideal balance for this Junmai Daiginjo Noir.
