Description
Ozeki brewery is based in the Nadagogo area of Hyogo prefecture, one of the most important brewing regions in Japan. The Rokko Mountains situated behind Kobe provides nutrient-rich water for sake brewing and great conditions for cultivating high-quality rice. Part of the Geographical Indication (GI) Nadagogo, Ozeki is an innovative brewery, known especially for launching the “first cup” sake in 1964.
