Description
The first bottles of Hakutsuru Sake Brewing Company were brewed and labeled between 1743 and 1747. Between 1900 – 1995, the brewery committed to its progress even through the destruction from World War II and earthquakes. Today, Hakutsuru has become one of Japan’s top sake producers and leads in sake exportation after establishing branches in the U.S. (2005) and the U.K. (2019), marking their rice product “Hakutusuru Nishiki,” and creating an alliance with SakeOne.
