This is a barley Shochu that is distilled and aged in oak bourbon whiskey barrels, creating a mellow taste and golden color. Nose is mainly wood, barrel notes. Tastes of toasted vanilla and green rye spices. Enjoy this shochu’s smooth body and flavor, neat or on the rocks.
