Description

Although the Choryo Brewery was estalished in 1963, the brewery’s story begins in 1923 in a small retail shop near Osaka City. lida Teiichi, the founder and 7th child in the sake brewing company, was passionate about preserving Japan’s cultural heritage, especially by maintaining traditional taru sake. The brewery’s philosophies translate to “self-satisfaction shall be avoided for one can always better themselves” and “there are no extremes to pursuit of the quality.” In spring 2022, the Choryo Brew Park opened.
