Description
Founded by two friends in 1917, Asamai Shuzō is an award-winning brewery with at least five gold medals for their Amanoto brand. The brewery is located in the southern part of Akita prefecture in the Yokote Basin, an important area for rice cultivation. They make all their sake under the motto, “Sake is born from rice fields,” and dedicate their hearts and souls to making all junmai sake since 2011.
