Description

Aiyu Brewery is located on the water’s edge of a small town in Ibaraki, Japan. Its name “Aiyu” translates to “friendship and love”. Their philosophy focuses on extending a brotherhood through the sharing of sake with the motto “the four ocean are all brothers”.
